Product Description
Our Pasture Raised Diced Bacon is sourced from our local farmer in Haden on the Darling Downs, and is free-range, antibiotic and hormone free.
We use minimal parts per million nitrate brine to cure our bacon, and smoke it in house using beechwood chips for a truly artisan flavour experience. A great option to use on pizzas and in pasta dishes.
Our Diced Bacon can be purchased as a pre-packed 300g tray.
