Get ready to celebrate Christmas with the Paddock Butchery's 2.5kg Whole Free-Range Chicken, stuffed with The Paddock's Stuffing.

Sold in their raw state, our Whole Free-Range Chickens are a fantastic addition to your Christmas lunch or dinner festivities. Raised free-range in Australia on Lilydale farms, they are free from added hormones, antibiotics, and growth promotants.

Our Free-Range Chickens come stuffed with our house made gluten free and nut free Paddock Stuffing, making them ideal for those who have gluten free and nut free dietary requirements. Each chicken will provide 4 - 6 servings.

To cook, simply place in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Once the internal temperature of the chicken has reached 82 degrees celsius it can be removed from the oven.

Stuffing ingredients include: brown rice, carrot, brown onion, lemon, garlic, leek, marjoram, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, black pepper, and salt. Seasoning ingredients include: salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, cater sugar, and tomato paste.

By pre-ordering and paying for your chicken, you are guaranteeing you don't miss out on a family favourite. Your chicken will be available for pick-up between Thursday, 1st December - Saturday, 24th December 2022.
